ACCELERATING YOUR FUTURE
The Supervisor of Manufacturing is responsible for leadership and oversight of the manufacturing cell processing team.
How You Will Make an Impact:
· Ensure SOPs, batch records and completed documentation are accurate and up to date. This includes timely review of documents and coordination with other organizations to ensure accurate and complete documentation
· Investigation and troubleshooting of equipment and the process
· Interact with various support departments to assist with scheduling of services performed in the plant
· Identification and implementation of process improvements
· Development of processes that will support staff and department evaluation and growth
· Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with requirements including but not limited to CFR's, cGMPs, SOPs, and company policies
· Ensure cGMP compliance and maintain quality standards for all manufacturing activities
· Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital
· Supervise manufacturing activities, assign projects to appropriate teams and provide direction to solve complex manufacturing technical issues
· Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas
· Selection, training, supervision (performance appraisals) and development of team members.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· HS Diploma/GED equivalent and some college preferred
· 4-8 years' related experience in a bio-pharma environment
· Extensive experience working in a cGMP environment, relevant to the pharmaceutical industry required.
· Strong business acumen and working knowledge of process control and improvement tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts enterprise-wide, from the executive team to the manufacturing floor
· Problem solver with a hands-on approach and ability to anticipate adverse scenarios and provide contingency plans to address them
· Strong technical/computer abilities
Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, technical expertise, specialized skill sets, market demand, internal equity, and business needs.
